Trolling from MBK to the Hotel for Halibut but no love today.   Feel so good to be on the ocean and got a good workout.  Lots of squid boats out there.

Looks like a relaxing day OTW, Sonny. I was there last Friday and talked to 2 yakkers who only caught a few RF.

It's been that way for weeks.

Nice! Is the pay parking lot by MBK open? If so, I might take the AI out...

Yes it's open and enforced.  There're a few vehicles when I got there in the morning but almost full when I left in the afternoon.

I can't find my squid jig the night before so decided to give Halibut a try.

Good to see a fishing report from the dude with the most posts on NCKA.   :smt001  (oops - guess it's hojoman!)

I wish it was at Shelter Cove.  Hopefully we can fish together later this year.

Does anyone know what day of the week those squid boats are not in action? You don't want to mingle with them.  I was there last Sat 5/9 and no squid boats activities. :smt001  It gave us yakers a chance to load up.

Love the G2 for its stability.   I tried stand-up paddling and "rock the boat" before without issues.
