New Stay at home rules

All my buddies in NJ and NYC are scoring on the best striper run in years. They have not been restricted at all since the beginning of the  outbreak launching in am/pm. I'm wondering if these launch closers are going too far here in the Bay Area ?

NY and NJ combined have +32,000 deaths, CA has less than 2,200 deaths , I wonder if Ca is too strict also.

4 same dumb reason they listed "Quad biking" in addition to also listing "Bicycling"
except they failed to specify quad biking (singles)

BTW at least one large well known private RV park in Amador County is accepting reservations for Memorial Day Weekend.

They did mention they weren't sure which amenities would be open IE the pool, etc.
