List of fishing sites that are open and closed.

Brannan Island launch is open.  I was one of about 50 trailers there this morning.
The campground appears closed.

Found a few frozen anchovies and I'm loaded and ready to go. If the cops don't stop me I should be at Oyster Point in the morning and will make sure to keep social distancing in mind (not closer than 6' from anyone )

Was out at the HMB Jetty, the RV park was going.    HMB Traffic was in full Saturday afternoon swing.

Unfortunately , there was reports on the news about coastal areas being overcrowded defeating the purpose of social distancing , almost a holiday or party like atmosphere .

"Authorities " whomever that may be  , are considering closing some areas do to over crowding.

There were pics that looked like Dillon Beach in Marin Co. with  cars parked literally bumper to bumper .

Yeah I typed something similar and then deleted it cause I didn't want to stir up too much.  But I was seeing the same thing.  Wouldn't be surprised if there was 'no beach goings' soon.

People in the rural areas are freaking out, stores are getting cleaned out by the visiting folks, clerks are scared as loads of people are touching everything. No social distancing.
Next will be enforcement by ?

I was hoping to hit  the surf for a few hours but now..

So went to Oyster Point at dawn and if you asked me, it sounds like the fishes followed the governor confinement orders.... Anyway it was still nice to be on the water and get out of the house even if my torn meniscus has been bothering me (might need to get the surgery after all but not the best time to go to the hospital)

The ramp was open but the fishing pier was closed.

A few boats and 2 other kayaks on the water.

Lake county sheriff just issued an announcement that closes all the lakes in the county, including Clear Lake, Blue Lakes, Lake Pillsbury, Indaian Valley Reservoir, Highland Springs Reservoir, and any public navigable waterway.

Rollins for a walk this afternoon. Launch ramps closed. Still able to launch at freeloaders cove. Water is clear to 20'? Fished a bit but bald eagle circling overhead so fish hiding. Lots of other folks out walking with dogs and kids. 😍  safe distancing observed by all. Stay safe out there.

Had to cancel our weekend to CL.  Hotels telling us that our reservations would be cancelled by order of the Sheriff.  Ended up going to Tiberon for hali but no bites.  Caught a few perch by accident.  When you get desperate, these guys taste pretty good.

Where is freeloaders cove? Such a shame just as fishing is heating up.

I was hoping to hit up Paradise state park in Tiberon soon, but found out they were closed today. Is that where you parked, or is there street parking I am unaware of around there?

Seems like all the Waters in Sacramento are open. Sac County parks mentioned they will remain open, as getting outdoors is encouraged, just practice social distancing and stay off the playground equipment!
