Planning to hit OP tomorrow 3/17 and troll for halibut.  The bay is new to me, as I do most of my fishing in the ocean.  Company welcome, channel 69.

Yes, I just contacted the Santa Cruz harbor. It is still open for harbor use, so we can park and launch there. I may try Mile Buoy this weekend.
