IMO the Revo and Outback probably are the most popular among Hobie owners.

I have a Revo 13. Moved to it from a Tarpon.  I like the Revo because its fast, easy to pedal, handles chop and wakes well. the biggest bonus is that I can haul it to the top of my camper, it's still easy even as a 63 year old.  I would love to get a PA for the ability to stand and fish but I would need to get a trailer for it and I hate towing trailers and trying to find a place to park them.

I think this really depends on the situation and conditions you're fishing in. I like the Revo when going longer distance in open ocean because it cuts through wind/chop with ease. But if I'm fishing a lake or in calm conditions where speed isn't really necessary, I'd opt for something wider like an Outback or dare I say, my inflatable Hobie i12s which can stand on and don't have to worry about it being tippy.

My pa14 was great except when it came to dragging it around on the beach. I'd recommend anything lighter.

I liked my Adventure more than my Revo, but when it came time to downsize I got rid of the Adventure.
The only reason was storage.
The Adventure was faster and tracked a lot better. I miss it.
The Revo does just fine as far as tracking and speed. Storing it in the shop on the hoist is much easier than the Adventure and it turns a lot better too.
