I hit Rancho Seco today and got into some big sunfish.  I lost a few big ones but after a lot of effort I finally managed to land this one.  It was at least a pound, definatley my biggest redear to date. The pictures don't do justice.  No luck on the bass today, I threw a swimbait for a few hours. I saw huge bass all day as usual.  I can't wait to hit the ocean for some real fish!!  July 1st is comin fast!

Dude you are killing me. I am slaving away at work while you slay those monster slabs! I did hit hogan for a pair of stripers, 23 and 30 inches on the troll though. ( not a kayak report )
I am going to be up there this weekend night fishing under lights.
