Howdy,

I've been kayak fishing for about two years now and finally got serious about it by joining all you fine folks here!

I'm mostly here to get involved with outings and tournaments so I have others to fish with. My biggest hesitation to kayaking is that I don't always feel safe going out on the coast by myself without some backup. I would love to hear of ways you all get together and how I can get involved.

Oh, and I'm based out of west Sonoma county and my main spots are crabbing in Bodega and fishing timber cove and the surrounding areas.

Thanks!
-Paul
