Hey all,
Moved down to Occidental west Sonoma County area a few months back from Tahoe where I’d spent the last 4 years. I’ve been getting out to Tomales and Bodega Bay fairly often especially with crab season upon us now. Definitely new to kayak fishing but as soon as I tried it I was hooked. Seems like a great area to access some quality spots, I’m about 15 minutes from Bodega Bay. This forum is a huge resource, stoked to be here.

Welcome! I just was in Bodega Bay Camping last weekend, such a nice area, I can't wait to use the kayak there.

Welcome aboard!  I grew up in Occidental on Willow Creek Rd.   Great place to live for easy access to the coast.

It’s a beautiful area I’m loving it so far. We’re real close to Willow Creek Road.
