Hi guys...I didn’t use all the ice I bought and left it in the bags but only 1/3 of it melted in the bag so I refroze it and some of it is kinda blocky.  I’m going to take it back to Costco and get my money back....

My son just returned a 2 year old vacuum cleaner.  They have 4 kids and a dog.  He said there was no question when he returned it.
I returned a mattress after 12 years.   It was warrantied for 20 years I think.  They gave me store credit for a model costing $300 more than the one I was returning because it was no longer available and the expensive one was the closest. 
I think Costco makes it up in their annual membership fees though.  I just renewed mine for $120 Executive level.
