California law only gives a ticket for stealing for under 950..00.  Like the officer said you touch them they can have you in jail for assault.  Go figure?  Montana laws and living is getting more and more the way I want to live. Remember if its not in my hand its not in possession . That's what the guy at the pawn shop that had my gear in his hand as he threw it on the ground. Its been a lot of work processing the paperwork for insurance. I feel victimized by that now.

Does homeowners insurance cover any of it?  Understanding and sad for you about the deeper value of the custom items...be well and know there is justice in bigger ways and they will pay in their corrupt life.  Sorry for your loss.  What a zoo...

Yes Homeowners will but waiting to see there assessment . As we know Custom stuff is not off the rack stuff.

The pawn shop has your stuff? He should give you back your stuff. I think it's illegal to buy stolen goods.

I got a few items from a tweeker as he was going totry to sell it but not much.   Pictures show how they are unique rods and reels are serial numbered.
