Started fishing about 8:00 just south of Hog. Caught a few shiners and anchovies for bait. My friend ended up catching two short halibut. I hook a huge bat ray that towed me around which was fun for awhile. Then an angle shark which was the end of my live bait. Switched to a green/silver flasher and tray anchovies. Trolled down two Marshals which payed off with two keepers. We were off the water at 4:30.

Thanks for the report. There were a bunch of us out there and there is another report floating around here too. I was in a camo outback. Did you take any pictures of your catch?

This is the only pic I took of the fish and it was more of a picture of my dog. I’ll have to take some better pictures next time.

I didn’t see any other post for the 14th. How’d you guys do? I have an older outback that’s tan with a blue and white ice chest on the back.  Same with my friend that was fishing with me minus the ice chest.  I saw a couple other fish caught on boats nothing huge but mostly keepers just big enough.

Thanks for the pics. Reports are always a little better with added fish porn.
