Limited at the Quarry(electric boat) 7/3/07

They planted 750 lbs trout and 500 lbs cats Monday Trolled up 6 planter trout 1.5 lb to 2 lb. Kept 3 for dinner. Was trying out my 2 new Mr Kokanee Gold 7.5' 2lb to 8lb line test.Lite tip, downrigger rods matched with Accudepthplus 17lc(line Counter) reels. A perfect match.From Fisherman's Friend, in Lodi, CA (Kettleman Lane next to 99 freeway west side) this set up might work great for trolling on a Kayak. Lures used needlefish(flash tip orange, Yellow body)Small and next size up. Needle fish sliver with flash scales.I add a stick on eye to lures.It catch's my attention. Trolled between 17 and 20 ft. If you don't catch your fish by 10:30 go home i trolled for 2 extra hours for nada.

   That's the same reason I have so many lures at home...many of them have never been used.
