Possibly for sale Moken 14

I’m not 100% sure about selling it or not but I am wanting to buy some kind of pedal drive kayak. Most likely the Pescador pilot 12. I am having a hard time getting my wife to give me the ok for spending nearly 2k on another kayak. She just doesn’t see the benefit of pedals vs paddles when your fishing. Or more likely she does but just doesn’t want me to spend the money. I have tried every kind of reasoning I can think of. From explaining to her that it will basically pay for itself in fish caught within a month or so to adding up all the money she has spent on jewelry and beauty products in the past year. That one didn’t go over very well. Basically I am trying to see if anybody is interested in buying the moken 14 or not. It is honestly very big and while it is possible to load with one person it is heavy. The trade off is it is extremely stable and has never felt like it would tip no matter how much stuff I have loaded on it. It tracks well and can be paddled at a decent speed. I will try to get a pic on here soon. It is the green and light brown camo color.

Was this something like talking to yourself?     It reads like should I sell or not, she loves me she loves me not! No pictures and price will nto bring much interest or maybe you are still having that conversation in your head.

Ya. I guess it does read more like I am debating it in my own head than anything else. Which I guess is probably true. I will probably just take the post down and keep it whether I get another kayak or not.

Did you try “telling her” you’re getting another kayak?  It doesn’t work for me but it might for you...

How’s the saying?  Not that I promote this practice,  “sometimes it’s easier to ask for forgiveness than permission?”

Just tell her it's much safer you can get in faster when the fans turn on, and you have two methods or propulsion, in case one fails. If not just go with what Eddie said.

Use the search function and look for WAF a commonly used concept/term over the years.

Just come home with it...
