Lowrance Hook2 5 splitshot Depth Range removal.

Does anybody knows how to disable the Depth Range on this unit? Its pretty annoying trying adjust every time. I spent more time adjusting on the water than fishing. If I set it to Auto is defaults to 23 - 30ft and if you go beyond that you wont see the bottom. If you customized you will lose the FF capabilities not seeing suspended fish that are out of your range depth. Its pretty frustrating. Thanks.

Its not the Audio. Its the depth range. It increments 20ft. I wanted the older version that detects depth.

He always showed up at 4am or earlier.  i showed up one time at 5am and claimed the 1st to arrive.  Then later in the day, he said he was already 6 miles out when I just barely parked.

He is Chet! Gone in 60sec lol. I really dont know he do it. Just setting up AI for Christ sake. Lol

I’ve been frustrated by this too and have yet to find a resolution. I’d also be interested to hear if someone can advise.

Youre welcome. Im planning on returning mine. I thought I figured it out using Depth Range putting it in Auto. Didnt work, it automatically adjust depth to the next increment. Say, you are in 45 feet of water it will range your depth to 60-80. Its very frustrating.
