Okay, admit it guys- We really love our kids, but we also love extra line(s) in the water. More kids = more fishing poles

From here http://www.norcalkayakanglers.com/index.php?topic=8860.msg78057#msg78057:

To here, in 7 years:

The big one's been paddling solo for a couple years now. He doesn't have much power, but he maneuvers the Tarpon 160 with ease. His little brother is out on his first solo trip in these pictures. The first thing I told them was to have fun. The second thing - "Don't go to far". Sure enough, I had to go get them as they paddled too far...

Scott, last time I saw James, he was sitting on your shoulders at the AOTY awards at Aquan. What is your younger son's name?

My Princess,

She has fell in love with the sport. She is an amazing little girl who is as smart as a whip. Just when I think I'm teaching her something she teaches me something.

So impressed with the young lady she is becoming. Honor Roll, track team, cross country team, basket ball team, swim team, gymnast, triathlete, 5 & 10k runner, and now kayak angler. Not to mention drop dead gorgeous.

Not sure if you can tell but I'm a little proud.

Some of you have already met my oldest son Evan.  He started with me at five years old shortly after I married his mother.

My little one, Jacob, used to make it out with us on occasion when we lived in Florida.  He sat in the front hatch while Evan sat on the back.  I'm sure it looked funny but it got all of us on the water.  We only did it in small ponds where emergencies could be handled fairly easily if they came up.
