Hey,
This is bloodbath. I have sunday off too. Thinking about coral street in monterey. Rockfish and halis possible in shore. Just seeing who is down to go. Early start if we do go, in the water by 8am usually. Let me know what's up. Unless you got something else going on already.

If I do not go out Saturday, I would be up for Coral St. Sunday but would probably launch by bout 6:.  If I go, I will be out by or around the point and will monitor ch 69.

Coral Street is in Pacific Grove near Monterey.  One of the shortest carries anywhere.  Go to the places to fish section and search for Coral Street and there are some good details already up somewhere.  I may actually get to fish two days this weekend so unless I get fished out Saturday I am in for a second round Sunday.

Driving by Moss this morning it was beautiful and flat with light wind.  It was foggy but calm in Seaside.

I am loaded up again and ready to go tomorrow.  I am out of bait so I will be working a combination of irons and swimbaits.  Hope you guys are still planning on going.  I have a good load of fish from today so may leave early.  See you there.

I went down there and while the launch looked easy there was already steady onshore wind and occasional whitecap outside the kelp at 6:15.  No NCKA brothers in the 30 minutes I watched it.  I saw two small boats (inflatables) inside the kelp but fishing anywhere else looked like a pain.  Since I already have fish from yesterday, I was really looking for lings and fighting the wind and snags did not sound like fun.  I watched for a while in case anyone showed up then picked up some pastries for the family on my way home.  Have a good weekend.

I made it out late today around 8:30-9:00.  Same conditions as you mentioned so I stayed inside the kelp bed and released one small kelp greenling and one grass rockfish.  May try again Thursday if my head doesn't hurt. I allways have a headache after the 4th for some reason.
