I have looked at the conditions and as of 5 pm this eve (Sat), half moon bay looks acceptable for conditions.  Barring a change in the prediction, I will be launching from the harbor somewhere around 9 am.  I plan on trolling with my motor for Salmon and anything else that is interested.  I have prepared my anchovies and lures.  Tuesday, at Linda Mar I saw lots of huge bait balls.  The fish were just below the surface, all looking up at me, hundreds of eyeballs.  The sonar showed the balls extending down 20-30 feet.  The whales were feeding there for the full six hours I was there.

I don't know if there are Salmon out there, but I caught a nice rockfish and a 20 inch beautiful green lingcod that had to go back.

I'm fairly inexperienced with trolling but have prepared and hope it pays off!
