Yes I have the sand tires (balloon), and they have no bearings.
The cart performed amazingly well, once I got the balance point of the kayak dialed in. It remained stable on uneven ground and the only limiting factor I can foresee is going to be me. I'll just have to take it out more and build up my endurance.

Thanks. I've been eyeing this cart too. Was hoping it had ball bearing hubs, which I believe the Wheelzee has. I have the Suspenz beach cart(no ball bearings), and it gets difficult to pull my fully loaded outback.
