If only they had the '19 outbacks, then I'd be inclined to use my member points and REI card.

Hobie sets the price.  The only discount I've seen is on kayaks branded "Demo."

I talked to a purchasing rep at REI the other day. Unfortunately they are not looking at expanding their hobie line up anytime soon. And for those of you wondering, you won’t be able to use your 20% member coupon as they don’t allow it on hard shell boats.

That's pretty normal. ACK and other sites selling Hobie never allowed use of coupons anyway. At most it will be on some limited accessories only.
