Messages in forums not showing up

I'm new to NCKA and have put up an introduction. I've been able to respond to other people's messages, but if I start a new topic, it doesn't show up in the particular forum. Some of these posts have had images attached, but nothing shows up. Any advice?

I may have failed to put in a subject line entry on those posts. Presumably that would result in it not appearing. Oops!
