Hey folks, I’m staying in Oroville for a few weeks and I would like to fish while I’m out here. I was hoping to skip the “searching for a nice spot” part of fishing and just go strait to the catching fish part. If anyone can point me to the red X it would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Might want to hold off until the lake has way more than 39% capacity.

I would think at that percentage it would be like fishing in a barrel or is the bank muddy  ?

Doesn’t have to be the lake. The Feather holds nice trout but it’s been decades since I fished that river
"Pedo Viejo" is what Antonio called me.

I only fished there once. All I remember about it is that I dropped my awesome handheld GPS overboard at exactly the split second that the tether snapped, and it sank to the bottom. If you happen to snag that, please return it...
There's always money in the banana stand.

The feather river, I think I’ll try that. Thanks!

This time of year was always good for me around the dam area but I believe it is still closed due to last years breakage.

Bullards Bar an hour away is a better bet for trout

Just saw a post on the FB 530 Fishing page that Limesaddle is producing fish right now.
