I think getting overboard and eaten by a shark is poetic justice.

That is all the fine he got? That means shooting a great white is cheaper than getting caught without a second rod stamp?
Add up the fines for all the violations and really waters it down.

Wouldn't you think his fishing license (commercial or otherwise) would be permanently revoked?  How about his right to carry or own a fire arm?
