Spanish flat campground seems to be much easier to fish from camp all night. Great structure within a cast. Campground sites are much better than pleasure cove. Can camp right on the water .

I changed my mind to Steele canyon. More fishing options and open, uncrowded sites.

Haha right! Well I think that's another point for Spanish Flat. I don't think they lock there gate entrance

I asked about a group rate but not avialable. He is ready to take reservations though. Let's book the place up!

We'll book after dad gets his sites locked in..give till sunday😄

With the water level right now, it may be hard getting kayaks to the water at pleasure. Camped there last year "lake site" and there wasn't actual lake access. Spanish flat from what I remember has easier lake access. I vote Steele park, but I'm biased.

Ok guys, so a lil bird told me a certain committee may want to have a certain event on the same weekend,  same campground  ..If so, this only leaves Pleasure and Steele as the only options. Cause it will be BIG! Waiting to hear back from Amber at Steele Canyon to see if the upper campground will be open by then..I heard they will! Will let everyone know soon so we can book it up! TW, were gonna need a bigger KEG!
