Hello everyone,

My friend Marmite (long time member here) recommended this website as a great place with friendly folks who like to share tips and good fish stories.   

My 19 yo. son has come down suddenly with a mad fish fever.   I've been taking him to EBRPD lakes to ensure that this fever turns into a lift long one.  I am getting him an entry level kayak for Christmas: http://a.co/d/1cjXbYo to transition from shoreline fishing to kayak.

Thank you John.   I just purchased my first annual sports fishing license with extra rod option.   I didn't know there was a such thing as "CA Lifer License."  Very cool!
