PS: forgot to mention...the Shimano Corvalis that I used to land the YT is no longer in working order  :smt011

The Shimano Corvalus is a piece of crap.  I bought two of them from Mel C's b/c the price was "right".  However, the malfunctions on the water have really cost me bigtime.  Avoid that reel, even if it is only $75.

minor Hi-jack, but I agree, that corvalus reel sucks. I have had to dismantle this piece of shit while battling fish a handful of times. If this ever happens when I have a hog on the line, and it costs me the fish, It's going over. Anyway, way to be out there, nice fish, all.
Cheers,
Garen

Did anybody leave a nice paddle on the ship?

If so, Mooch is hanging on to it for safe keeping.  Simply PM him to identify and claim.

Didn't leave the paddle but I did leave behind the end of one of my paddle leashes.  It's the short end that unclips (see the attached image).  If you happened to have picked it up please let me know.

Thanks.

Wow!  Impressive trip and reporting.  Chef would surely be proud and touched.  Way to go, people.   :smt001

And I agree - that halibut print is off the hook!

Hey Shane.  That's an awesome print of that hali you shot.  It was nice having spero along on the trip to give us first hand report of what was swimming around down there.  It's like having the ultimate fish finder.

Holy Sh!t! I'm missing my paddle!

I owe you big time, Joel. I'll PM you the details.

At least I hope you have mine 'cause mine's gone!  :smt010
