Found this roof wrapped around a drowning pelican on Manresa st beach. Anyone know what it is supposed to target?  Seabass?

I believe that is designed to catch fish. But, it sounds like it's equally well suited for pelican...

Click modify to correct and save changes, or...Sir Bouche' could be your default spell checker or in some cases...meaning interpreter...
