Vy and I will be bringing a big bowl of YT ceviche and maybe some YFT poke.

I'm bringing my disk and was thinking al pastor tacos

I'll bring a big jug of white crema sauce for tacos and a dozen or so nice avocadoes for slicing or guacamolizing.

Ill bring some SW Slaw for the tacos and some tortillas

1-2 Rack ofribs. Did a big batch in the smoker this weekend

For the other nights I'll have my disk going so if anyone wants to use it or throw anything on it feel free.

If needed,
We have 2 BBQ's, a Fry Disc, and a Mini UDS available.
We also have propane.
I will have something on a grill, and Verna will be making her Macaroni salad.

I’m arriving Thursday and tenting it while there, can’t prepare any food, willing to bring eating utensils if that helps. If not I’ll try and bring something.
