Looks like cancer;

I speculate that the nuke plant in Japan that is still spilling out radioactive debris is the cause.

I would venture a guess that those growths did not cause him to expire.

Hmmm who’s fault could it be? Must be from polution coming from the opposite side of the world. Come to think of it I think all our air pollution is from China and our president is Russia’s fault.

Just to be totally clear nothing is our fault.

Could someone pass me a tinfoil hat please. 😄

Yeah that fish looks nasty and I wouldn’t eat it either! 🤮

Def did not keep that one, and he/she swam away strong, got a face full of sea water from the tail whip.  Glad I don’t see more fish like this one.

Jeez, lighten up Francis.  I was making a joke.  The nuke plant leak is an accident, I didn't say it was anyone's fault.

I used to have a fishing radio show.  One night "David from San Francisco" called in and started ranting about radioactive fish along our coast as a result of Fukashima.  I told him, on the air, that we anglers were actually looking forward to this.  We could fish at night- just follow the glow, AND- the fish would come pre-cooked!

Fucker went ballistic.   hahahahahahaha.  Insisted on talking to my supervisor.  Hahahahahahaha

Later we figured out he was one of those guys who has been banned from every other radio talk show local and national...Must have been desperate, calling in to the Let's Go Fishing Radio Show on our 5KW local station KSCO!!

As for the tumors on that rockfish....YUCK!!  Might be worth saving and turning in to DFW for analysis.  I have no idea what's going on with that fish.  Definitely would not eat it.  Wouldn't even let FishMaster eat it.

"Poor Fella" dude you got a metal stringer through its head :smt044 :smt044

Did you also get some left over conditioner in your face as he swam away? I'm assuming you didn't have time to rinse and repeat after the wood shampoo.  :smt001

I'm sure Fishermans Life has a butter recipe for that thing.  :smt003

I was wondering if I should have kept it and turned it in, where would I go to do something like that?
