Molbasser,  thanks for the up to the minute weather reports.  this morning's report is most encouraging!  especially since the monterey bouy is reporting rather snotty conditions:

Wind Direction (WDIR):    NW ( 320 deg true )
Wind Speed (WSPD):   15.5 kts
Wind Gust (GST):   17.5 kts
Wave Height (WVHT):   6.6 ft
Dominant Wave Period (DPD):   7 sec

i just hope calm seas pervail tomorrow moning.

Santa Cruz is pretty protected from wind from that direction.

I'm launching out of the harbor myself.

breeze is coming up at around 8pm.

same pattern as yesterday.  I expect good fishing weather out of Santa Cruz.

Looking good for the morning!!

 .SUN...N WINDS 10 KT OR LESS...BECOMING W 10 TO 20 KT IN THE
 AFTERNOON. WIND WAVES 3 FT OR LESS. NW SWELL 2 TO 6 FT AT 8 SECONDS.  PATCHY FOG IN THE MORNING.

Lauching out of SC as well.  Yellow Cobra Triple.  Probably launch at the normal boat launch so we can just stay parked there for the apres tourney activities.
