Hey Everyone!  I've been fishing in the MB for the last 10 years or so, but I've been told I really need to network, which I agree.  I've been renting a kayak or using my non-fishing kayak to go out.  Not ideal, I know, but I'll eventually get my own real rig.  Hope everyone is having a good summer and catching some fish!  I'm always around so I hope to meet some of you out there.

Adam

Welcome. Some good deals on fishing kayaks show up here, but I think you need 10 posts to see the that.

Hello everyone,
I'm a kayaker with some experience in the Monterey Bay and Elkhorn Slough. I want to find people to paddle with in the area. I'm interested in fishing, bird/mammal watching, and general exploring.

I currently have 2 single-person(1 a fishing kayak) and 1 tandem kayak and am located in Marina. I'd be happy give a seat to anyone willing to paddle with me. If I get to know you, you could borrow one whenever.

Hey Adam,

I go out a few times a week and also guide at work. Hit me up if you are ever interested. Welcome. Lots of great knowledge here at NCKA. Also my used boat sale will be coming up at the end of October. Should be able to pick up a fishing kayak for 350 just need to add in your own rod holders
Get out there and Fish!

Yep, that is your yak.  I finally got my own (Trident 13) in May, which I've been using to go out with my wife almost every weekend since i got it, so its definitely getting used.  Basically one of the best summers ever!

Glad you're having the best summer!  A kayak in the water is a happy thing. Keep it up, and keep having fun!!

and I know what you mean about needing to network, this is one of the best communities to network in!
