Live Bait from the Santa Cruz harbor

There is a ton of bait inside and right out  of the mouth of the harbor. Medium to large anchovies, and a few smaller dinos. Try the candybait live mackerel if you get one. They're killer on the halibut, just use a big enough treble hook and let the fish eat it for a long time, up to 30 seconds depending on the size.
ALso, live bait is available for sale off the S dock from one fo the commercial boats. Shamrock hasn't set their net up yet.
