Well I'm not sure of the age, and it's kind of a tangled mess, but the main trunk is over 6 ft high and would be a beautiful piece if someone wants to work with it.  I've lived here 25 yrs and it was big and old looking when I moved in.

It needs to go and I hate killing a plant that old.

The brown edges in the pic are the flowers from this year that will fall off pretty soon.

My jade plant is 30+ plus years old, with new ones popping up here and there. Needs to be trimmed too so as not to become too top heavy.

Man, if we didn't freeze so hard here, I'd take it in a second.

Over the years it's been trimmed a bit by freezes,

That's a nice jade. You might want to hit up some landscapers or nurseries to see if they would buy it from you.

That's a good looking Jade. I have a bunch of different varieties, but nothing that big.

Yup, I keep starting new Jade plants...they grow great for a few years and as Chad says....the hard freeze destroys them.

I can probably take it, we have a couple large succulent plantings in our yard where it would be happy.
Whats your timeframe for removal?

Jim

Edit - the wife likes it so if it has no home we can help :)

To be honest it's pretty unkempt but  think it has potential with the right care, it's got 3 trunks at ground level spanning about 16-18 inches. it's gonna be heavy.

It's yours if you want it, I'm retired and flexible, removal in the next couple weeks would be good.

Here's a couple more pics,

1. kinda wild,
2. trunks at ground level.

Al,

Jim claimed it this afternoon in a PM, but if for some reason that falls thru, I'll get back to you

Come over any time, we have interesting plants coming out our ears and we share pieces of succulents all the time.

No need to dig it out. Just cut it off at ground level. Stick each trunk in the ground (with a support stick to start) and they will grow all on their own. However what's left will spout up again
