Since the Jr accounts are tied to your same email address, you should see each of your kids’ names listed on the top-right when you login...click the name to edit their info etc.

they are not tied to same email address. I had no success changing them either.

I cant login nor do I get an email to reset my password or the resend confirmation instructions.
