Thursday morning Mendo

On the water in a boat at 5:30. I saw a total of maybe 10 individual fish all morning. They weren't busting today. They were feeding though. We pulled our zooms with the electric motor on the flats next to the ramp. I was cursed, but my buddy got 4 in a row in about 1/2 hour. We then went to where I got black bass yesterday and threw the surface lures for a couple missed strikes and one little striper.
The air was cooler this morning. I kept wondering if this affected the mood of ther fish.
I didn't see anyone else get fish.

I can see it now.. a heavily body-peirced PETA wacko holding a sign with Juan's fish (see above) on it saying "fishing hurts".

Nice pic! Just goes to show, sometimes your doing everything "right" and they still don't grab. Sometimes you gotta give lady luck a little credit....

Nice job!    Not only are you the only one to get fish to bite, but you also get them to pose and look at the camera!  Looks like Mr Limpet lost his glasses again.  Somethin like that.
