JAOTY Uploading Problems

I tried uploading a picture to JAOTY for jackjack tonight and I get this error.  Has anybody else had this issue?  What am I doing wrong?

I think you have to resize it. Was saying the same thing for means I made it a smaller file and it worked.

Yep.

Since the "Great Crash of 2017" the AOTY/DOTY software has been really picky about image size...make it smaller and it SHOULD work.

Thanks guys for the help!  The funny thing is it took the image for this post.  I just downloaded the photo from here and uploaded that to the JAOTY board and it took it.  Go figure.

Yeah, the sites have been wonky...I won't pretend to understand it...but 99% of the time if the image is made smaller (I use a screenshot program on my computer) it seems to work....
