LOST Hobie Drive

Lost my mirage drive this Sunday morning. Just off Carmel beach. Flipped the yak at the second set of breakers and the leash holding the drive broke . If anyone wants to go snorkeling. South end off Carmel beach off the stairs at St Lucia. $100 reward

Damn that sucks bro! I hope it gets recovered. Im sure theres lot of divers here willing to help, reward or not.

hope someone finds it lilriverman i looked around when i left it was low tide waded around in waves looked from my girlfriends sup  no luck

Did you pull the drive for the landing?
I have a pad eye on each side of my hatch and a buckle strap with two spring clips at each end.
Have the strap over the hatch and slip the fins of the drive under the strap then cinch it tight.
This way if you do roll it more than likely will stay in place and take the pressure off the leash should you yard sale. It also adds extra security to the hatch should you really yard sale.
I hope someone here finds it.
