November has been awesome! I've been exploring new spots all year and I think I finally found some new good areas. How did you process the ling jaws? Really cool presentation.

Thanks! Baked it covered in foil at 350 for 45 minutes, ate the head meat and rinsed off the bones with water, then used hot glue to piece it together.
