Honest opinions Needed!

So I was just looking at the weather forecast for stillwater cove... not ideal  . But I still want to make an effort to make it out in search for that ling  . I have only been out there once and it was pretty nice, but whats your opinion on the safety this weekend for a newbie and a group of people coming with. Thank you!

I think it will be surgy and messy...longer period south swell coming in...

But the kiddy pool could be ok, just depends on angle that swell comes in...

Watch the surge underwater, make sure yaks are anchored securely, be prepared to land on stairs (big 5.8 foot high tide right before noon), and be willing to call it if gets too nasty...

I think early Saturday AM is your best bet given what I am seeing...

Thanks for that! I think we will go scope it out first, then make our decision.

Also if it is not fishable there, do you guys know of any other safer spots?
