Stuck in Keiser er

Sitting at kisser emergency waiting for CT due to an. Infection. That has the left side of.  My face ballooned up. Doctor tried to erasure me by.calling  the effected area the try angle of death. Said  infections in that area  can cause infections of the  brain.  Feeling a little worried.  Will update,, my first mri. I'd rather be working

Waiting for cat scan 3 hrs then get to scan to find out they were supposed to put a line in at er so they could put the contretrast fluid in. had to go back to er for them to put one in. finally chased a nurse and got it done and FINALLY got  cat scan done. now waiting for more info... Been here forever... got long time ahead... Busy here in roseville er. feeling the same. looks worse though...

Being in the middle of something like this is tough. But you should remember in spite of all the noise around us: We truly live in the age of medical miracles. You're probably OK but if there are some bumps on the road - that 'medicratic' cluster your in has some real geniuses mixed in.  Wishing you the best.

I look like Rocky after loosing! (Marion!!)So, Shingles (chicken pox virus) with a secondary bacterial infection PLUS swollen clogged Lymph nodes.... In so much pain, never been this bad before. Shingles like to hang out on the nerves and give a fire sensation to all effected nerves. But only on the left side. I look like the elephant man (I AM NOT AN ANIMAL!!!) 4-5 days on big ass horse pills should feel some relief. Beats the hell out of what all the other poor bastards had. Even got to get one guy help as he coded in the waiting room. Feed a diabetic guy that was going down and two kids that were stuck there with mom who had been in a crash with no food.... Good thing I planned on being there all day and brought power bars, snacks and a big bag of Jerky.... At work feeling like shit and happy to be at work!!!

'glad everything was diagnosed and known.  Funny how being at work could be very good and bad
