My advice would be to drive past Lovers to Otter Cove...I think there is better structure and more fishies over there...

Otters is the pullout with the obvious windy staircase going down to small beach at the corner of oceanview and seapalm...

Lovers has a lot of sandy areas and scattered boulders but I have not had much look finding good rockfish/lings etc over there...

If do go lovers there is some decent structure in shallow right under the wall/point...

Otters stays shallow for a long way out and I have found nice grassies, cabs, monkeys and some decent Lings over there...have had best luck kicking out and heading left towards coral street.

Good luck and let us know how it goes!!

Sincerely,

Jim
