I am in as long as the wind isn't  too bad. If you could pick up some extra bait for me, I will pay you on Sat. If not let me know where you get the bait and I will pick it up. Will need the launch location since I have never launched from Berkeley. If you are interested in a shore lunch, I was going to host one to celebrate my new yak.

I am leaning towards ARW as it's cheap and easy, less of a wind tunnel than Berkeley Pier with the onshore winds, and ARW fishing has been proven in the past few days.  But I will go where everyone else wants to go...  It's all good!

i will make the call where we go Friday I am a bit tired of the wall would like to try
something different. :smt012

As for Berkley when the winds are blowing off shore it is not that bad there
the wall will be flat as can be so we will most likely be at the wall I will just
bring a lot of beer  :smt005

as for bait I should be able to net bait for every one but if someone
can get some bait it would be that much better :smt001

will post fri going to watch the news at 500pm to see where we will go
see you then duane :smt006

Duane,
You should revert back to your old handle (FishingMasterBaiter)!!!  You defiinitely have that dialed in.

Since live bait seems to be scarce, perhaps Free Bait for Free Beer?

Man, think about it.  You wouldn't ever have to buy  :smt003

I agree.

No beer...No bait.  It's only fair.

Guys,

I have to visit relatives in SoCal but would love to hook up with you in the future to get some tips on throwing the cast net.  I just ordered a 36 Gallon Aqua World Bait tank and have an aerator for it.  If you show me how to catch bait, I can keep them alive for you.  I've used the Kodiak bait tanks (same company) in the past and have been able to keep Salmon alive all day in the boat.  It was a good option to use when upgrading to a larger fish size.  Hope to hook up with you in the future.

hey Ben, I think Duane is out making bait but as far as I know, here is where it is.  Encinal High School which has a big jet in front of it (am sure a flower garden was 2nd choice), and there is a driveway on the right side of the high school, not well marked.

This makes 8 of us, I believe.  Hope to see you out there!

I think with the ideal Bay conditions and coastal fishing not currently popular, there is gonna be LOTS of fishing pressure from PB's.    Would not be surprised if it looked like a parking lot out there.
