Wishing you a quick recovery and thanks for the advice.

I get annual physicals and blood work done for the past five years.

Everything comes back fine.

Should I be doing more?

Thanks for the good thoughts and prayers. I've opted for getting stents instead of bypass surgery. Its a good choice for my case medically and its way less invasive. I'll be back otw in weeks.  :smt007 See you guys at Simply Fishing. :smt006

Good catch Ken, good thoughts sent your way, will see you OTW soon. I am buying myself a colonoscopy for my 60th birthday at the request of my wife, I put if off too long already.

Wishing for a speedy recovery, Ken !

Couldn't agree more with the sentiments of this post. Young or old, pay attention to what your bodies are telling you, guys. A colleague's husband (late 30's) had been having some odd stomach pains for a few weeks which he thought was just indigestion. He was rushed to the ER one evening and died later that night. He had been unknowingly suffering with a long-standing infection that lead to sepsis.

That was enough to get me in to the doctor to check out a few lumps and bumps and get a better idea of where i was health wisr.

Take care of yourself, all.
