Wanted to do a little fishing tomorrow as the family is away and I have all day for myself :-) Considering Santa Cruz but the forecast shows South swell... HMB looks also pretty good so I might try my luck over there? I will also consider SWS. Anyone else going?

If you're equipped for salmon, you might try SC. According to Bayside Marine, the salmon fishing was good straight out from the harbor in 100 to 140 fow. Otherwise, as you say, the south swell will probably make rockfishing tough (at least that seemed to be the case today).
I don't like stuff that sucks.
