Seeing in any anglers would like to drift the American River this Saturday or Sunday? Its going to be above 90 degrees both days and the water will be 58 degrees. I was thinking Sunrise blvd to Watt ave.
Sorry if there is a thread for this. I couldn't find a LFG post for Sacramento.

Most folks are in Shelter cove this weekend. I'll be at Rollins lake. Be careful out there and hope you get some folks to join you. This type of post usually goes in the Hookup section

my new name should be Ostridge. Got my head in the sand. Going fishing and letting go of the other stuff I can't control anyway!

There is no post for Sacramento. If you want to invite others to join you start a topic just like you did here only in the hookup section. All regions post their hookups there. Include where and when in the subject line. Afterwards you can add your report telling everyone how much fun you had.

I was already planning to fish the AR tomorrow launching at Howe and fishing between Watt and the pumphouse below Howe as I'm familiar with that area.  I would be down to drift from Watt to Howe though.  Always enjoy fishing with others and putting them on fish if I can help in any way.

Howe gate will be closed for awhile do to damage in the parking lot & boat launch. Watt ave is still a functional launch.

Im finding the logistics of the float a little difficult as my car only carries one kayak. I will heard out tomorrow to the DWC or launch at Watt ave and just work the area between Watt & the CSUS pump house.
