Just finished a phone call with Fenwick Rods ..I had a warranty issue with one of my HMX Rods ... Fenwick issued me a wrong invoice/claim number .I called them regarding the disposition of my claim ..Long story short: New rod on their dime  for my inconvenience ..Not too Shabby ,Thanks Fenwick !!!

Nice!  I'm looking at getting one of those rods and might need it sooner than later since I broke my beloved G.L. Loomis.   :smt010   I hope Loomis is just as accommodating.   :smt013

Ouch !!! They lost track of the rod after it arrived , issued  me a claim number from a different claim etc etc ..The customer service rep. said they aren't even going to process the claim just flat out send me a new rod ...Purefishing Inc handles  Fenwick and other companies now check to see if they handle G-Loomis ?
