Mango

I took two fat Ling fillets season them with Roy's lemon mango seasoning then egg and bread fried pepper jack cheese what's a slice of golden mango over the top of it it's pretty tasty. paired it with simple Rice green beans with toasted almonds.
Took the leftover mango chopped it up really small added Brandy to it and water and a teaspoon of guava passion fruit Jam cooked it down and poured it over vanilla ice cream

Now I'm going to go sit in the hot tub with the wife for half an hour and watch the deer walk through the yard

Eat the mango and give the deer the brandy, then report back.  Dont want to know what's going on in the hot tub/time machine
