Torqeedo Ultralight 403 - Trolling Motor for Kayak

Another rookie question:

Torqeedo Ultralight 403 - Trolling Motor for Kayak: Anyone using this trolling motor? Does it have the guts to work in the big blue ocean with winds, currents, and chop?

Thanks for any feedback, these things are not cheap and don't want to waste time and money.

Yes, the Torqeedos are meant for saltwater.  If you find a good deal, I would jump on it if you need it.  By the time you purchase it and kayak, the total price may be less compared to one of those yaks that have their own branded motor. 

Speed varies depending on lots of factors, but I want to say 3-4mph is very sustainable speed for most yaks for a couple of hours (if not more for both speed and/or time of use).
