which is more often preferred for salmon fishing. Strictly salt water is all i'm going to use this for.
Based on this, the answer is clearly Revo.

That's right we don't need a fast kayak we all need a stable kayak. if we need fast kayak just buy a boat or jetski.  :smt001 :smt001 :smt001

Like some have said, if you are planning on just using it for the ocean and salmon trolling, I would go with the revo.

Get a Native Slayer Propel and "back that thing up" without trying to stick your finger in a little plastic loop between your toes that CAN AND WILL pull out and break.....I witnessed it with my own one eye (the other one don't work).  :smt044

This is easy. Get the Revo. You don't need the 180 drive.

I've been in both a revo and an outback. Revo for speed, Outback for being a pickup. I can pack more gear on my outback  still have room.

I'm 6'2" - 6'3" and found the Outback to be lacking in legroom

Is there any more or less leg room in the Revo? I'm not  quite 6' 1" (with 33" inseam) and I extended the crank arms a couple inches to get more room on my AI. Even with that, I usually have the pedals on the 2nd longest setting and sometimes the longest, and still wish for more leg room when I really want to slouch.
I don't like stuff that sucks.
