I own and use both of these things.  The stand is great for camp and setting up a camp kitchen, cooking for multiple people, using a double burner propane coleman stove, washing dishes, etc.

A single burner butane/propane stove is fine if you are by yourself or backpacking but pretty inadequate for being the camp cook.

$45 is a good deal if its in good shape, it should sell quickly.
