Prayers for StephKillsit

I've never met her, but it is amazing how everyone has come together to support her in this trying time of her life.  Let's see all that positive energy go straight to her for a speedy recovery. Wishing her and her family the best.

I am sure I can speak for everyone when I say I had NO idea this would be so incredibly drawn out.

I am in grief over Steph and why this would be  happening to her. 

  Steph has gone more than a day without seizures and they are slowly backing off of the medications.
  Sometimes it just looks like she  is dreaming. Her eyes rolling under her eyes like she is in REM sleep. I hope you are having good dreams Steph.
 Part way through the visit she began to open her eyes. Eventually her eyes were wide open.  I couldn't resist passing my hand before her. It seemed like there was a slight track with the first motion and that was it. This seemed to happen several times.  I tried mentioning her favorite things and sometimes, right after I would change the subject, it seemed like there was a bit of a reaction and then she would return to static. I hope it was not just my imagination. I believe she is in there fighting to get out

Same here...

 I visited Steph yesterday and things are about the same. Her eyes were open and her lips, brow and chin all had movements.  She continues to have seizures as they have decreased her medication in preparation for the ECT procedure which will happen either today, tomorrow, or Wednesday.   If you believe in collective prayer, or collective energy as a healing source, now is the time to give Steph and her family your thoughts.   Her father showed me this picture while I was there and like most of us, Steph had an affinity for fishing at a very young age.

Thanks for the update Raydon.  I will definitely keep praying for her and her family.

Yep, that's how I always picture Steph, every time we would cross paths she always said hello with a big smile.  C'mon Steph!
